Abbott Laboratories (ABT:) Abbott Laboratories is expected to report first-quarter earnings of 70 cents a share, according to analysts surveyed by FactSet Research.

Progressive Corp. (PGR:) is forecast to post earnings of 41 cents a share in the first quarter, according to analysts surveyed by Thomson Reuters.

Crown Holdings Inc. (CCK:) is estimated to report a profit of 22 cents a share in the first quarter, according to analysts surveyed by FactSet Research.

AMR Corp. (AMR:) parent of American Airlines, is expected to report a loss of $1.45 a share in the first quarter, according to analysts surveyed by FactSet Research.

Peabody Energy Corp. (BTU:) is projected to post a first-quarter profit of 96 cents a share, according to analysts surveyed by FactSet Research.
